SYNOPSIS

Set in modern-day South Africa, The Brave Ones is a supernatural drama inspired by African mythology that explores the intersection of the divine and the mundane. The story follows Ntsiki, an ordinary township girl from Ilanga who discovers she is the reincarnation of an all-mighty goddess. As her community faces the threat of eviction by a corrupt construction company planning to build a casino, Ntsiki must learn to harness her dormant divine powers. Driven by a need to avenge her sister’s murder and protect her family from destruction, she finds herself caught in a high-stakes battle between the living and the spirit world, where the fate of the sacred "Tree of Life" hangs in the balance.
